No Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once a student is registered. Each registration secures a unique testing license, which is assigned specifically to your child and cannot be transferred to another student.

Additionally, as a reminder, Step Up for Students (SUFS) scholarship funds are non-refundable per their program guidelines. Once funds are allocated for testing services, they cannot be reversed or reimbursed.

Access to Testing Software

With your purchase, your child will receive access to the testing platform based on the selected package:

• Essential Package (Single Test) – Access for 30 days

• Optimal Growth Package (Recommended) – Access for 12 months
